Smoked Turkey

• 12-14 pound turkey - $90

Citrus brined and marinated for 24 hours. Smoked with a combination of Apple and Alder wood. Finished with an apple cider spritz. Delivered whole or sliced by request.

Holiday Charcuterie

• Business / Occasion - $200

Combination delicious meats, assorted cheeses, olives, spreads, crackers, nuts, mustards, and more. The presentation is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Serves 12 - 15

• Personal Charcuterie Gift Box - $90

Combination of nuts, berries, local fruit, cheeses, and meats. Perfect for gifting, host/hostess gifts, and small gatherings. Serves 6

Smoked Pork Loin

• $85

Citrus marinated overnight and smoked with apple/alder wood topped with a Caleb's Sauce Box tomato chutney. Extremely moist and tender with a just the right amount of apple smoke flavor. Serves 6 - 8
