SMOKED TURKEY

Approx 14lb - Serves 9-10 people

This holiday favorite is citrus brined and marinated for 24 hours. Smoked with a combination of apple and alder wood and finished with an apple cider spritz to enhance the flavor. Delivered whole or sliced by request.

Approx 14-16lbs - Serves 15 people

Rubbed with our custom CSB blend of herbs and spices and smoked for12 hours. Order includes buns, coleslaw, pickles and 2 of our own delicious homemade BBQ sauces, CSB #2 and Spicy BBQ. Delivered pulled and ready for you to serve.

TRI-TIP

Serves 4-6 people

Rubbed with our custom CSB blend of herbs and spices specific for Tri-Tip and smoked to perfection. This beautiful cut of meat is always a stunner on the table. Delivered whole and with a side of chimichurri.

Serves 6-8 people

Citrus marinated overnight and smoked with a special mix of apple and alder wood and topped with a beautiful tomato chutney, a CSB original recipe. This pork loin is extremely moist and tender with just the right amount of apple smoke flavor. Delivered whole.
