Our friend, Sergio, would come see us nearly every Friday at the Richland Farmers Market. His favorite item to order was the Smash Burger. We certainly miss seeing his smile.
On October 4th, at the Richland Farmers Market, we will be serving up the Sergio Smash Burger in honor of of our sweet friend. We will donate 100% of the Smash Burger sales to Sergio's family.
Come get a perfectly smashed homemade beef patty topped with sauteed onions, mushrooms, peppers and cheddar cheese. Just how Sergio liked it.
